Who Benefits from Professional Massage?
Pro Balance Massage was founded in 2018 by Massage therapist James Partida. He has over 25 years of experience in the field with 18 of this years being specifically with professional, collegiate, and olympic athletes. James integrates a wide arrange of methods and techniques that have been proven in the professional world and he continues to develop them in the ever changing world of therapy.
Pro Balance Massage (PBM) works with the individual with precision, working with the body specific needs and posture. PBM will assess your posture and apply it to your intake form and will determine which muscles will need to be released and which muscles need to be activate while also integrating postural exercises to help activate the necessary areas to bring support for the body for more efficient and long lasting impact on your health and goals.
The Pro Balance approach is to be able to be applied to all ages, backgrounds, and populations. All work is done over clothing and does require some participation. All work performed is done at your tolerance.
