Who Benefits from Professional Massage?
Pro Balance Massage was founded in 2018 by Massage Therapist, James Partida. He has over 25 years of experience in the field, 18 of them being specifically with professional, collegiate, and olympic athletes. James integrates a wide array of methods and techniques that have been proven in the professional world and he continues to develop them in the ever changing world of therapy.
Pro Balance Massage (PBM) uses precision, working with the body’s specific needs and postural preferences. PBM will assess your posture on the first visit to determine which muscles will need to be released and which muscles need to be activated. This will create lasting impact on your health and goals.
The Pro Balance approach can be applied to all ages, backgrounds, and populations. All work is done over clothing and does require some participation. PBM is always mindful of your personal tolerance.
